Her partnerships with bold leaders in social impact and innovative problem-solving fuel her belief that strategic work is equity work, and equity work is strategic work.

Cabrera Advisory Group partners with clients to solve complex problems, create value, maximize growth, and improve long-term organizational and operational efficiency and success.

Tre is a tenacious, respected, and inspirational speaker and community development & DEIB practitioner-leader, who has earned a reputation for credibility and trust. She has led transformational leadership and DEIB initiatives with private sector stakeholders; and delivered talks, conference workshops, and learning communities for national and regional social good partners, including Bluebird Education Network—a network of two public charter schools and community partners in Baltimore City—Hartford Foundation for Public Giving, Family League of Baltimore, National Alliance for Partnerships in Equity, National Association of Social Workers, National Conference on Student Life, United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, and University of Maryland, Baltimore.

Tre is deeply invested in the long-term vitality and success of education systems and communities; and as a consulting partner on a strategic planning project with Bluebird Education Network, she activated her expertise in educational equity and justice to facilitate conversations, spark ideas, and bridge and bond social capital among school community leaders, educators and staff, and stakeholders. In a previous role, Tre led the implementation strategy for a community schools project in collaboration with county agencies and a large suburban public school system, serving over 132,000 students.

As a member of the senior leadership team, Tre developed and executed the communication, outreach, and business development strategies and led a team of nine school-based resource & referral, behavioral health, intensive case management, and college & career readiness partners at 40 high-need schools. She designed a multi-day learning community for 40 principals and school leadership teams that widened the door for strategic work, allowing people to review and use data and reimagine program design and implementation at the school-level. The community schools project served over 7,000 students and families in 5 years.

In April 2024, Tre spoke before the National Alliance for Partnerships in Equity’s National Summit for Educational Equity in Washington, DC, to deliver a talk that underscored values-based leadership as a cornerstone in our mission to create equitable learning environments. In February 2025, she will deliver a talk before the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute in Chicago that elevates the importance of authentic leadership and applying values to leadership actions, ultimately modeling inspirational motivation and creating space for people to do the same.
